PC Stuck During Sign In

If your PC has been stuck on the sign-in screen for several minutes without any change, it has probably frozen. The easiest way to solve this is to press and hold the power button on the front of your PC (not the monitor) for a few seconds. This will shut the computer down. Press the button again to turn it back on and retry signing in.
